All of our materials are peer-reviewed and provided by medical professionals and device manufacturers. There are many internet resources available that are not peer-reviewed, causing confusion. Our educational materials are written by professional technical writers, and they are tailored to specific procedures to provide patients with the information they need. Additionally, there is a patient follow-up portal built into the platform that allows physicians and staff, such as nurses and practice administrators, to follow up with patients as needed.
OTH's Surgical Concierge (SC) feature is a mobile application that enables families to track a patient's inter-operative progress during surgery. The family receives notifications as the patient goes through each phase of surgery and receives education about the procedure, customized to the procedure or physician preference.
